Moving and cleaning services are included in the group of household-related services where, if you meet the conditions, you are entitled to a 50% tax reduction on the cost of the work (known as a “routine deduction”). So with the rut deduction, you only pay 50% of the cost of the work.
As of January 1, 2021, the personal maximum ceiling for routine deductions is SEK 75,000 per year, which corresponds to a total labor cost of SEK 150,000 per person and year. If there are several adults living at the same address, the standard deduction can be added together, i.e. two adults give a maximum standard deduction of 2 x 75,000 SEK = 150,000 SEK.
We manage the RUT deduction!
Our quotes describe the final cost after deductions from Rut. We will invoice you for this cost at the end of the assignment. We then manage the administration of the tax deduction directly with the tax authorities.
