Our home cleaning services have no curing period. This means that you as a customer have the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any time. This can be suitable if you, for example, are going to be away for a longer period, or if you do not spend as much time in your residence as usual for a period. Our services are flexible and that’s precisely why you choose exactly when and how often we clean for you.

To approve the quote and book your home cleaning, contact your salesperson by email or phone. We will also need your social security number for the booking. Thank you for choosing us!

WE HANDLE THE RUT DEDUCTION!

Important about the RUT deduction

Our quote describes the final cost after the RUT deduction. We handle the administration of the RUT deduction directly with the Swedish Tax Agency. After the completed assignment, we invoice the final cost in accordance with our quote.

The invoice specifies the labor cost, which is eligible for the RUT deduction. Other costs not eligible for RUT deduction, such as transportation and vehicle costs, are also specified. The total cost (sum of the above items) after the RUT deduction corresponds to the quoted cost in our offer.

Good to know about the RUT deduction

Moving and cleaning are included in the category of household services. If you meet the conditions, you are entitled to a 50% tax reduction on labor costs (RUT deduction). Your personal maximum limit for the RUT deduction depends on your taxable income for the year. We recommend that you check your personal eligibility for the RUT deduction if unsure. This can be done via the Swedish Tax Agency’s website.

Note! As the customer, you become responsible for payment of the non-approved amount if the Swedish Tax Agency’s rejection is due to circumstances that can be attributed to you as the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What cleaning materials should I have at home?
We use your bucket, vacuum cleaner, and vacuum cleaner bags. If desired, you can get our cleaning package with cloths and microfiber cloths at the first cleaning, which you then wash between cleaning occasions.
Can I leave my keys with you?
Of course! We recommend leaving a set of keys with us. You can do this at our office in Hägersten. It is also possible to hand out keys at the first cleaning occasion. We will sign a key receipt with you and register the key in our system.
Will I be charged if I cancel a cleaning?
Cancellation/rebooking must occur 2 working days before, otherwise, the full amount will be charged.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We have insurance that covers any damages to property caused by our staff.
What should I consider for the first cleaning occasion?
Please be home at the first cleaning occasion and make sure you are satisfied with the result. Tidy away toys, clothes, and other loose items to facilitate cleaning.
Can you do additional tasks beyond those included in the service?
Yes, if there is something missing in our checklist, please contact us and we will try to accommodate it.

Important to consider:

  • Our offer is valid for five days. As many customers request our services, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available slot after the offer expires.
  • When booking, we may perform a simple credit check via Creditsafe. The check is not saved and is not visible in any register. The credit check has no impact on your credit rating.
  • We follow the ”bohag2010” liability provisions.
  • Free rescheduling/cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time. Within 48 hours, total fee of the scheduled cleaning will be charged.
  • Cost is invoiced after the assignment is completed. 14 days payment term.
