When you choose to book your household move with Jordgubbsprinsen, you’re not just getting a service – you’re receiving a comprehensive solution designed to make your move as smooth and worry-free as possible.
Here’s what’s always included in the quoted price when you hire us:
- 4 weeks free rental of moving boxes (Stockholm): After that, you can choose to purchase boxes for 39 SEK per box or rent them for 10 SEK per box per month.
- Wrapping of delicate furniture (materials included)
- Placement of belongings as per your instructions
- Insurance coverage
- Transportation fees
- Congestion taxes
- Vehicle costs, including mileage charges
- “Satisfied Customer” Guarantee

We handle the RUT deduction!
Important about the RUT deduction
In the invoice, the labor cost, which is eligible for the RUT deduction, is specified. Other non-RUT eligible costs such as delivery and vehicle costs are also specified. The total cost (sum of the above items) after the RUT deduction corresponds to the quoted cost in our quote offer.
Good to know about the RUT deduction
Note! As the customer, you become responsible for payment of any amount not approved if the Swedish Tax Agency’s denial is due to circumstances attributable to you as the customer.
Residential Moving with Jordgubbsprinsen
Conditions
- Our quote offer is valid for five days. As many customers request our services, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available slot after the expiration of the quote offer.
- Upon booking, we may perform a simple credit check via Creditsafe. The check is not saved and is not visible in any record. The credit check has no impact on your credit rating.
- Residential moving is performed in accordance with the responsibility regulations ”bohag2010”.
- Free rescheduling/cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time. Within 48 hours, a charge of 1800 SEK incl. VAT per employee scheduled for the particular assignment will be applied.
- Costs are invoiced after the service is completed. 14 days payment term.
- Jordgubbsprinsen AB holds a goods transport license, VAT registration, and Carrier Liability Insurance with Trygghansa.
- Loaned moving boxes must be folded upon return/pick-up.
- We do not disconnect or install washing machines, dishwashers, or other household appliances or electronic devices that require authorized plumbing or electrical installations. This is absolutely not included in the packing or moving assistance you book with us. We can neither disconnect nor connect these appliances, and the installation of household appliances and electronics is not included in our moving service. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these appliances are disconnected and installed by qualified professionals before and after the moving day.
- Moving of Gun Safes
You are responsible for completely emptying the gun safe before the move. All firearms, ammunition, and other items must be removed and transported by you. Our moving team does not handle or transport firearms or ammunition. You must be able to show that the safe is empty before loading, and no firearms or ammunition may be included in the shipment.
