When you hire us, you can always be sure that the job will be done exactly as it should be. When it comes to Pre Sale cleaning, there is always a clear benchmark for a job well done: a sparkling clean home. We’re not finished with our job until we’ve achieved that.
We follow a meticulous methodology to always guarantee a spotless result. This is evident, for example, in how we perform the work in various stages. But also in the materials we use when we clean. This reflects a deep care for both quality and environmental awareness.

How to approve the quote:
To approve the quote and book your pre sale cleaning, contact your salesperson by email or phone. We will also need your social security number for the booking. Thank you for choosing us!
WE HANDLE THE RUT DEDUCTION!
Important about the RUT deduction
The invoice specifies the labor cost, which is eligible for the RUT deduction. Other costs not eligible for RUT deduction, such as transportation and vehicle costs, are also specified. The total cost (sum of the above items) after the RUT deduction corresponds to the quoted cost in our offer.
Good to know about the RUT deduction
Note! As the customer, you become responsible for payment of the non-approved amount if the Swedish Tax Agency’s rejection is due to circumstances that can be attributed to you as the customer.

Pre Sale Cleaning Checklist
All Rooms
- Vacuuming and wiping of floors and skirting boards
- Polishing of mirrors, wiping of visible dirt on switches, doors, and frames
- Dusting of pictures if necessary
- Dusting of lamps and lamp bases
- Window cleaning
- Dusting of window sills
- Dusting of radiators
- Wiping of visible stains on doors
- Wiping of furniture with free surfaces (max height 1.8 m)
- Vacuuming of upholstered furniture
- Vacuuming of floors and rugs
- Emptying of wastebaskets
Kitchen
- Cleaning of sink, countertop, and stove, including above these areas if necessary
- Wiping of faucet and tiles above sink
- Wiping of visible dirt on cabinet doors and around handles on kitchen cabinets
- Wiping of shelves
- Emptying of waste containers
- Cleaning inside and out of the cabinet where waste containers are located
- Wiping of the outside of appliances and hood
- Cleaning of microwave (inside and out)
- Vacuuming of rugs
Bathroom
- Cleaning of bathtub, sink, and toilet
- Wiping on the outside of appliances
- Wiping of shelves
- Cleaning of shower cabin walls/shower walls
- Wiping of stains and around handles on bathroom cabinets
- Emptying of wastebaskets
- Cleaning of faucets and pipes (as far as we can reach)
The following are NOT included in the standard agreement (optional)
- Floor treatment such as waxing or polishing of floors with polish
- Blind cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Cleaning of fireplace/stove

Terms
- Our offer is valid for five days. As many customers request our services, we cannot guarantee that there will be an available slot after the offer expires.
- When booking, we may perform a simple credit check via Creditsafe. The check is not saved and is not visible in any register. The credit check has no impact on your credit rating.
- We follow the ”bohag2010” liability provisions.
- Free rescheduling/cancellation up to 48 hours before the start time. Within 48 hours, a fee of SEK 1800 incl. VAT per employee scheduled for the assignment will be charged.
- Cost is invoiced after the assignment is completed. 14 days payment term.
Important to consider:
- The freezer must be defrosted for cleaning to be done there
- We do not clean water traps.
- We clean behind all appliances.
- Heavy appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washing machines can be moved by us if possible (determined by the cleaning manager).
- We do not clean jets in jacuzzis.
- Glass panes on oven doors are disassembled by us if possible (determined by the cleaning manager)..
- Many older windows that are 4-sided are screwed together. Let us know before the move-out cleaning if tools are required to open windows.
- Skylights and windows that cannot be cleaned from the inside are not included in normal move-out cleaning and must be booked separately. Contact us for more information.
